RENTAL POLICIES

Heaven car rental puts at your disposal the Policies and Procedures with which we operate. We are committed to providing you with the best service at the best price, so we detail each one of them clearly and transparently.

Rental requirements

To rent a car from Heaven car rental, the following requirements must be met in original form:

1. Official Identification
Present a valid official identification, which can be one of the following: Voter Credential (IFE or INE) or Passport.

2. Driver's License
Present a valid Driver's License at the time of rental and until the contract is closed for the person designated as the driver of the unit.

3. Minimum Age
Be over 25 years old. If under that age, between the ages of 19 and 24, a charge will apply for a minor driver.

4. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Cash

Present one of the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, or Discover. If you do not have any of these cards, the total amount of the rental can be paid in cash.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We accept credit cards from department stores that are validated by VISA or MASTERCARD. IF IT IS DEBIT OR CASH, YOU WILL HAVE TO MENTION IT BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION.

RENTAL POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

The form of payment at the end of the rental may be in cash, or credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Banamex, BBVA Bancomer, Banorte, Santander, HSBC and Scotiabank).

• Valid driver's license required, if the document is expired, $ 250.00 MXN will be charged per day plus VAT 16%.
• Valid official identification (IFE / INE or passport).
• Minimum driver's age: 18 years.
• Drivers under 25 years old have an additional charge of $ 180MXN per day + taxes.
• Rate includes unlimited mileage.
• Most of our vehicles are equipped with electric insurance, power steering and AM / FM radio.
• The photographs on the website, such as brands and models shown, are for illustrative purposes only. Vehicles can only be booked by category, unless the availability of a specific model has been confirmed normally, however, Heaven car rental only guarantees the reserved category. All groups and categories shown may not be available at all Heaven car rental locations.
• If the car is not available at the time of the contract, another car of the same category will be assigned, if there is no other car of the same category, a car of the superior category to the reserved one will be offered at no cost.
• In case of accident, the customer will have the responsibility to report the accident immediately to the rental office or to the assistance phones and sign the accident report at the end of the rental, otherwise the coverage will be invalid and the corresponding amount of the damage will be charged directly to the customer.
• In case the customer does not respect the clauses of the lease contract that he signed in the office where he was given the car, the coverage or insurance sold will be void.
• Units must be returned in normal conditions at the end of the lease.
• Any missing gasoline and damage will be charged in addition to the rent.
• This guide is subject to change without notice.

Rental Guarantee

At the time of contract opening, a deposit will be requested in order to pre-authorize as a guarantee of the rent that ranges from $5,000 pesos and up according to the car category, number of rental days, protections*, and additional services contracted, as well as the final charges resulting from the rental.

Late Return Charges

Heaven car rental calculates its daily rates based on a 24-hour rental period. We inform you that, in case of extending your contract, it will be necessary to notify the office where the unit was rented so that the current contract can be closed and a new one can be opened, the extension of the contract can generate an increase in your daily rate. In case of not returning the vehicle on time, charges and penalties for delay will be incurred.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Damages

The charge for this concept will be applied when the rental car has been in an accident and has aesthetic and/or mechanical damage. The renter will be required to fill out an accident report and the charge will be applied to cover the deductible indicated in the protections contracted or the full damage.

Gasoline

All of our Heaven car rental offices deliver the cars with at least a ¼ tank of gasoline at the time of rental. If at the time of returning the unit it has a lower amount of gasoline than what is registered in the inspection sheet generated at the time of car delivery, the renter will have to pay the established cost by the lessor to fill the tank again, along with the cost of the gasoline.
